A cute one-piece…

Gap Stripe Garter one-piece.

How cute? I love a baby gro. I think they look so adorable and are just so easy to put on and off, especially in those early days. I remember joining an NCT group when Daisy was 12 weeks old and all the other children were fully dressed in outfits and Daisy had on the simplest white romper with a Peter Pan collar. All the other mummies later admitted they’d only put clothes on their babies as they thought everyone else would. The next couple of times we met all of our little ones were in one pieces. Who needs to make those first few months any more complicated! I have linked to all my favourites below.

Back to school coats for boys…

Next Black Padded Jacket

Next Parka Jacket

I shared with you my favourite girls schools coats, so it’s only fair that I share my boys picks. I usually find it harder for the boys but this year I think I actually like the boys style more than the girls. Far more choice.

The Jigsaw girls sale…

Whilst looking for school coats for the previous post I came across the Jigsaw sale! Everything is beautiful. I have chosen the more wintry pieces as these are totally worth investing in now whilst they are half price. Many of the jumpers are made with cashmere and alpaca wool so are real bargains. I have ordered a few to put away myself for Daisy and Bobby.

P.S; Oh and there’s and extra 10% off with code SALE10.

School coats…

It is so hard to find a decent school coat! I like them to be navy or black and as simple as possible, whilst being warm, rain proof and practical. Not so easy to find. Above is my selection for the girls.

Monsoon sale…

Monsoon Lacey Frill Dress

The Monsoon sale is now 70% off and there are some real bargains to be had, like the dress above, it’s now only £26.70! I mean you could tuck it into your trousers, under dungarees to make it into a top! Be quick though as there are barely any sizes left in most pieces.

P.S; The top I’m wearing on instagram today is linked here. It’s a beauty and a total bargain in the sale, size down though.

New in…

Bow Ruffled Jumpsuit

This weather is so uninspiring. I have no clue what to wear on most days, as my summer clothes are too cold, but my winter clothes are too warm and if I wear a rain coat I just end up a sweaty mess. However, there is lots of new loveliness in ths shops to tempt me into spending again ( no point in buying any summer items in the sale). Below is a mixture of what I’m loving.

Girls dresses on the high street…

A little bit of a random mix of dresses that I am loving on the high street at the minute. Some are still summery in case you have holidays to look forward to and some are new season autumness for this rubbish weather that seems to be continuing.

KAPLA 6801 280 Box (with guide book)

Another weekend, another toy to share. I posted a video of Bobby playing with these blocks and had quite a few requests as to what they were. These have been one of the most played with toys in our house, not only by Daisy and Bobby but also by our friends kids and the dads and grandads, Mark can pass many an hour building fancy houses. The set I have shared is the one we have and it has a free booklet with it with lots of ideas as to what to make with step by step instructions. These are not cheap but definitely worth the money if you think about the cost per play.

Boy love…

You should know by now that I am a huge fan of Mango for myself, but I think I am starting to love it even more for the kids. Their collections are just so cool and they seem to nail it every time. I could have added more to this list but some of the items were a bit wintery for this supposed summer!
