4.  Acqua Di Parma Colonia Club from £60

5. Mac Lady Danger Lipstick £15.50

6. John Lewis Love Mug £10

Yes it’s that time of year again. The day of love is fast approaching. The Acqua Di Parma above I am considering for Mark as a change from this version he always wears (the smell of summer in a bottle). He smelt it in Bon Marche when we were in Paris recently and has given me lots of hints that he would like it! This women’s version is also amazing. Such clean and classy smells. I’ve added the lipstick for the Valentines date night. I believe every woman should own Lady Danger by Mac. It suits all skin colours and just makes the whole face look alive. If you haven’t heard of Bloom and Wild where have you been? I mentioned it on the Mothers day post last year and think it is such a good concept with the prettiest of arrangements. Choose the bouquet you wish to send and it will be posted through their letterbox. Obviously for Valentines you need to be making sure your love one knows about it and leaving a picture of the bunch you want open on their laptop! They have special flower arrangements for February 14th. Candles are always a good present for me. I now have them all around the house. I’m also loving the smell of this White Company one. As well as the above LOVE print I think this print is fab. Other items I will be hinting for include this magnificent bracelet from Monica Vinader, this necklace and this one from ASOS, this book, Love x Style x Life and this truly beautiful book This Is For You. For the men other ideas include this wallet, this bracelet (with a message of your choice) and this tie clip from J Crew.

5. Olympus Camera from £449.95

6. John Lewis Coffee Mug £6

7. The White Company Pomegranate Candle £20

This is my wish list for Christmas. I’ve noticed as I get older I ask for less and less but love buying for others and watching their faces as they open their gifts. At the minute I seem to be going through a grey stage so the throw and mugs would go perfectly in my house. I love a candle, I have The White Company Christmas one so would love this one for the new year. The Hush diffusers are fabulous and this one is the perfect scent for this time of year, it has a spicy smell to it which makes the house feel like Christmas. The pyjamas I am getting from my mother-in-law but also have my  eye on these ones, I do love stars. I have a  fabulous Nikon D3100, but it is so big to take everywhere with me so would love this as it would fit into my handbag a lot easier. Finally I love a cashmere jumper and this one is now reduced. This is a total bargain for cashmere.  Hint hint Mark!

I Love Valentine’s Day. I love that it is a day to be spoilt by the person who loves you and a day for you to spoil them. I’ve been having a think about presents and this is my gift guide if you need any inspiration.

The Bloom and Wild flowers are such a fabulous idea, you order on-line and they arrive through your letterbox. The flowers are beautiful, such perfect selections and they have put together some bouquets for Valentine’s Day, which are available from the 9th February. I am especially loving ‘The Juliet’ and ‘The Rosalind’. They are getting amazing feedback so go check them out. I think jewellery as a gift is always fantastic and so have chosen a selection I love at all different price points. I have the Laura Gravestock ‘Love’ ring and always get lots of compliments when I am wearing it. Here it is in action…

You can never have enough candles and the one above from The White Company smells divine and I would be very grateful to receive this. Finally how gorgeous is the ASOS clutch. This would go with so many outfits. I’m hoping my Valentine is reading this!

 The Smiths Print

Anything musical is always appreciated at our house so I have chosen a few pieces with this in mind. I will be putting The Smiths print in this frame from Ikea.

The aftershave smells fantastic, very masculine and clean, which is a smell I always love. The cookbook benefits not only him but me (clever) and this is full of fantastic, healthy and delicious recipes…

Hope you like my choices
