Urban Merino Dress
Urban Merino Trackies
There are some items that I repeatedly buy every year and Urban Merino are definitely on the list. Warm in the winter, cool in the summer. They are comfortable, yet super stylish and are a hit with not just me but the kids as well.
Sigrid and Saskia’s passion for fashion and quality, led them to fall in love with a premium fabric called Supersoft Merino. Merino is a breed of sheep whose fleece possesses all the superior qualities of normal wool but merino fleece is much finer and softer than ordinary sheep wool. Urban Merino’s fabric is made using only the finest part of the merino fleece, making it even more luxurious and soft. It does not itch; and the amazing part, unlike cashmere, it is machine washable!
The use of fabric instead of yarn enables Urban Merino to make knitwear that does not look like knitwear. Your child won’t see a bulky itchy jumper they don’t want to wear but a normal item of clothing soft like cotton… little do they know they will be surrounded by glorious wool keeping them safe, warm and happy.

Appliqué Dress £18
How pretty is this little dress? How gorgeous would it be on a baby girl. Marks and Spencer’s baby collection just keeps getting better and better, nearly every piece is exquisite. I may get carried away here but how gorgeous is this cardigan (which has this romper to match) and also comes in this colour way (just the right shade of pink and both contain cashmere). I love this set and this top, which would be just beautiful with these knickers and the above cardigan.
Romper with Linen £18
I spotted this in store last week whilst shopping with my mum and we both agreed it was beautiful. I would so have put this on Bobby. I also loved this all in one and this one, these joggers, this cardigan, this set (if you are going to a special occasion) and finally these swim shorts. Happy shopping…

My friend put in a request as to what to wear with joggers. I love a challenge. Joggers are having a bit of a moment in the fashion world. Gap’s jogger range is amazing. The first pair (above) are again on my (long) want list, however December’s overspending means these will have to wait. Such a neutral colour that would look great with the Plimsolls I posted previously. I really love them in navy too. I also love the fact that they go up to a size XXL ,so would look great on a curvier figure. I think these below are also fab from Gap. They come in 3 colours (which are all good) and again go all the way up to XXL. These Zara ones I love and are definitely more jogger-like in the flesh. They are a steal in the sale for £15.99. I would wear plimsolls, these are great from ASOS, love the colour, or trainers (converse included). I’m loving these one’s from Mango. But you could also wear Brogues or Boots and look just as good. I think heels look fabulous on a night out with joggers, they give that cool edge, these are a classic from Topshop and would go with any trousers/dresses/jeans.
I would wear a crisp white shirt with this, I’m liking this ASOS one, or you could wear a chunky sweater, this Topshop one is fab and would go with any of the jeans I have previously posted.
A sweater (navy or grey) would keep it casual. This one is cool from Mango.
Finally as it’s still freezing, coats. A Boyfriend Style Coat would look good as it’s over-sized, what’s not to love about that, especially when it’s been Christmas! This Dorothy Perkin’s one is perfect and in the sale, but only has a few sizes left!
It would look great on curvier ladies as well, as its such a slimming length. A leather biker jacket would make this outfit look cool. I like this one from Zara. For an evening wear with a blazer.
