Whilst looking for school coats for the previous post I came across the Jigsaw sale!Everything is beautiful. I have chosen the more wintry pieces as these are totally worth investing in now whilst they are half price. Many of the jumpers are made with cashmere and alpaca wool so are real bargains. I have ordered a few to put away myself for Daisy and Bobby.
P.S; Oh and there’s and extra 10% off with code SALE10.
This weather is so uninspiring. I have no clue what to wear on most days, as my summer clothes are too cold, but my winter clothes are too warm and if I wear a rain coat I just end up a sweaty mess. However, there is lots of new loveliness in ths shops to tempt me into spending again ( no point in buying any summer items in the sale). Below is a mixture of what I’m loving.
The beautiful White Company. Always classy, always chic and always very good quality. Daisy and Bob have been wearing their pyjamas since being tiny as they are truly the best and wash so well. Here is a selection of their children’s clothing I am loving at the minute.
How cool is this outfit. I love it and was ready to add it to my basket when I realised it starts at a size 12. These beauties are from the Mango plus size range. After seeing this outfit I then went and looked through their whole collection and there are some real beauties. So, for all you magnificent curvaceous ladies, today’s post is for you…
There are some items that I repeatedly buy every year and Urban Merino are definitely on the list. Warm in the winter, cool in the summer. They are comfortable, yet super stylish and are a hit with not just me but the kids as well.
Sigrid and Saskia’s passion for fashion and quality, led them to fall in love with a premium fabric called Supersoft Merino. Merino is a breed of sheep whose fleece possesses all the superior qualities of normal wool but merino fleece is much finer and softer than ordinary sheep wool. Urban Merino’s fabric is made using only the finest part of the merino fleece, making it even more luxurious and soft. It does not itch; and the amazing part, unlike cashmere, it is machine washable!
The use of fabric instead of yarn enables Urban Merino to make knitwear that does not look like knitwear. Your child won’t see a bulky itchy jumper they don’t want to wear but a normal item of clothing soft like cotton… little do they know they will be surrounded by glorious wool keeping them safe, warm and happy.
Love it or loathe it pink is here to stay. It’s been filtering in through the last couple of seasons and it is most definitely still around for spring/summer 17. The high street is full of it so I have chosen my favourites. My advice would be to treat it as a neutral. Try wearing it from head to toe in different shades of pink or mix with unexpected colours such as yellows and tans.
