Lady like dresses are a key look for A/W 15 and so are florals (think Lanvin, Chloe, Burberry) so this dress is perfect and will add a splash of colour to your wardrobe. Monsoon has some beautiful dresses in this season, in fact their whole collection is fabulous. Sleeveless jackets are another key piece. The one above is definitely worth investing in as you can wear it in autumn over dresses and shirts/tops and then come winter layer it over your leather jacket or winter coat to make tailoring cooler. Finally, belts are another must have item. They can be worn round your sweater to make them smarter or to cinch in your winter coat to give it an updated look. I would put the above jacket over the dress and belt it round the waist.
