My first post on swimwear is all about the basics that I think everyone should have in their suitcase when going on holiday. These are the items you will get most wear out of, feel most comfortable in and so are worth investing in. The above ones are my favourites. Since having the children I love a one-piece. If you buy the right one they are so flattering. I love the Sorrento one above, it is a beautiful 50’s shape and has control panelling around the stomach, bonus. Very chic. It comes in a range of colours and patterns and as well as the two above I love the navy version and the polka dots. The bikini’s I have chosen are ones that are flattering. The Boden one again has a 50’s feel to it, and it is sturdy enough that it will hide any lumps and bumps. You can choose the briefs you wear with it, but I like this style as I believe these actually appear to make you look thinner. Navy is a classic. The Topshop black bikini is a must, everyone needs a black bikini and I love the detailing of the top in this set.
Marks and Spencer’s have some bargain swimsuits that have secret tummy control, genius. I love this one and again because I love navy, this one
Carrying on my pineapple theme, how magnificent is this tote bag from Topshop? Perfect for the beach.
