Hi everyone, it’s Daisy. Happy Sunday! For the last couple of weeks I have been begging my mum for a blog of my own. She won’t let me but has said I can have a slot on her blog on Sundays. I have decided to call it Daisy’s Sunday selects. First up are my fashion favourites. I love the denim dress above. I really like the embroidery and that it’s denim. On cooler days I would wear my favourite long sleeve top underneath. Something like this stripy one. Next up, how cool are these short dungarees, I lived in mine last summer. I would wear them with this blouse, or this one.
I have just read and really enjoyed this book. It is about a young girl called Louie who lives in the circus. She dreams of becoming a showstopper on the tightrope but her boss Mr Chipchase doesn’t think she is good enough to do it. It is a magical book that transports me into the scary but exciting world of performing. My favourite characters are Louie (as I think she is like me, daring and outgoing) and Miss Lilly (who is a fortune teller). I like her because she is like a mum to Louie and always tells her that someone is looking out for her.
This is a fabulous game for all ages. I play this with my mum and dad (my mum is better than my dad, but don’t tell him). We take it on all our holidays as it really gets everyone involved. It’s very competitive (well for my mum it is) and it makes you have to really think about what cards you are picking up. The aim is to have the least score by the end. Honestly you will all love it.

Hi Daisy, I enjoyed this post very much! My daughter Matilda is 10 and has quite similar taste in clothes to you I think. She too had those dungarees last year and loved them.
