Sorry but I may have gone a bit sprintastic in my clothing choices but we have had sunshine (beautiful frosty morning, crunchy grass sunshine) nearly all week and this has totally put me in the mood for adding some more colour and light fabrics into my wardrobe.
This may be a little premature and I’m sure we’ll be back to rain and snow soon but being ever the optimist I have picked a lot of the items this week with lighter, brighter days in mind. Mango’s new collection is just stunning, like totally dreamy, I could have chosen it all. Definitely my favourite style of clothes for spring. I remember wearing waistcoats and floaty white blouses (think Sarah in the Labyrinth) when I was about Daisy’s age and that may have been my favourite fashion ever. (My waistcoats were bought from charity shops and the blouses from Affleck’s palace).
Another thing that I am totally loving are Gap jeans. I went in last week and there were so many good ones and this pair I just loved. So flattering. Great for a mum tum as they are high waist and have secret support pockets at the front that pull it all in. If these jeans aren’t for you though I talk in detail about the straight leg jean in this post. The most flattering style of jean in my opinion.
Have a fabulous weekend and lets hope spring continues.
