France is one of the places that always calls my name. Glamorous places, chic dressing and amazing food, so when it came to a Bank holiday away a stay on the French Riviera was definitely a must. And oh my goodness it didn’t disappoint. It was one of my favourite holidays to date!
We booked with Eurocamp staying in Frejus and hired a car so we could travel round the different villages. Magnificent. The colours, the people, everything was perfect. We fitted in Frejus, St Raphael, St Maxime, St Tropez, Cannes, Antibes and Port Grimaud (mini Venice).
Anyway, here are a few of our photos (okay there’s a lot of them, sorry) and a list of some of our highlights.
A friend recommended Port Grimaud and it really was worth the visit, we had a beautiful meal at Rialto Pizza sat next to the canal, under one of the bridges. It was a very tranquil, peaceful little seaside town.
One of the highlights was getting a speed boat over to St Tropez, straight into the harbour. A bustling market was on in the morning and then we wondered around the beautiful cobbled streets. We had a wonderful meal at Basilica burger which, for St Tropez, was very reasonable.
It was a wonderful little holiday and a perfect amount of time to see and experience just a little part of France, we will definitely be going back to explore more.
Thanks for letting me share
